Description: The museum houses collections of Georgian and South Caucasian people authentic musical instruments, as well as European mechanical and classical musical instruments, collection of arghans. In the museum are kept manuscript notes of Georgian folk music, audio-video records, phono-photo materials. There are also samples of fine and applied art, gramophone records (beginning of the XX c.) of Georgian folk songs and so called Oriental songs.

Working hours: Everyday, except Monday, 11.00 – 18.00
Ticket price: Schoolchildren – 0.50 GEL, Students – 1 GEL., Adult – 3 GEL.
Free admission: Children up to age of 6; Georgian and Foreign Museum staff, ICOM members (cardholders with ID), people with disabilities (upon presentation of valid ID), refugees.
